Terms of Service

I have a right to decline any commissions offered.
All Commissions are digital.
Pay 50% upon slot reservation, pay last 50% upon completion.
I'm only taking 3 commissions at a time. Completion time varies.
Any changes must be requested while the work is still in sketch stage, you can only request up to 3 changes. After this I will continue forward and update you throughout.
If the commission is a gift for someone and you need me to hold off on posting it, please let me know in advance.
I will sometimes stream my progress on commissions on Twitch, if this is not something you want or comfortable with. Let me know at start.

Service is for 4 total png pictures. A default expression, and talking expression, both with a blinking counterpart. Totally 4 pieces.
Pose variation between the two different sets is kept minimal to reduce work time and price.
If you want the default and talking expressions to have more variation or just more expressions in general we must discuss the added cost that would incur.

These may take longer as I do not usually draw these things. If you ask for something that I am not use to. I will let you know.

If you decide to cancel the commission past the sketch phase, you will not be refunded the deposit.

I retain all rights to my art, this includes uploading to personal websites, and selling of prints and other commodities.
You may upload your commission to personal accounts or websites along with proper credit to me as the artist.
For commercial use, you need to discuss it with me first and make me aware of how you intend to use my art.
